The Gingerbread House 15 Annual Chili Cook Off and Barn dance

Join us at the 15th annual Chili Cook off and Barn Dance, slated for Feb. 19-21 at the Ellis County Expo Center in Waxahachie. The event benefits the Gingerbread House children’s advocacy center and is its largest fundraiser of the year.

The event features three days of CASI-sanctioned chili competition (Friday-Sunday), along with junior, local/novice and bean competitions on Saturday. Admission is free for all three days of the chili cook-offs.
