Blue Wyandotte Chickens

The Wyandotte breed is a great dual-purpose breed, offering both excellent egg and meet production. Wyandotte hens offer an abundane of brown eggs and cockerels are often able to be harvested for meat earlier than many other heavy breeds of chickens. Egg production is good and they produce brown medium to large size eggs. They have a great disposition and the males weigh around 8 lbs and the females weigh around 6 lbs.
